We believe that we offer the best combination of product, price and service in the business. If you find a lower price on an individual, identical item currently in stock, at an established online retail store, we will match or beat their price for up to 15 days after purchase. Just email us at contact@AlexandriaLighting.com with the address of the web page with the lower price. We will confirm the validity of the claim and either match the price or explain why the claim was rejected. We will honor this best price assurance up to the time final payment is made on an order. Clearance, factory reconditioned, damaged, pre-owned and reconditioned merchandise (including refinished mirrors) are excluded. This assurance applies to all new, factory sealed products. Items must be the same brand and model number. Items must be in stock at established U.S. online retailers. Exclusions include special sales, manufacturer rebates, coupons, close-outs, senior citizens discounts, buy one get one free offers, percent off sales price offers, discontinued, clearance, damaged products, and typographical errors. We define competitors as established online retail stores - not wholesalers, liquidators, auction sites or used merchandise sites.
